1. Definitions

2. Acceptance of Terms

4. Account Registration

To access baji77's real-money services, you must create a personal account via the platform's registration process. When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) baji77 account. The existence of multiple accounts linked to the same individual — whether identified by CNIC, mobile number, payment method, IP address, device fingerprint, or any other identifying information — constitutes a serious violation. baji77 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances, including winnings, associated with such accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is deemed to be authorised by you. 5. Identity Verification (KYC)

Additional payment methods may be introduced or removed at baji77's discretion without prior notice.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to a different individual — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party account will be reversed, and the depositing account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account KYC verification must be fully completed and approved before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the baji77 payments team.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. baji77 reserves the right to correct manifest errors in odds, and any bets placed on incorrectly priced markets may be voided.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of the market and the current match state at the time of acceptance. baji77 does not guarantee the continuous availability of live markets.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

baji77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Engagement in any prohibited activity as described in Section 10.
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider in relation to a deposit made to your account.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under baji77's Responsible Gaming policy.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms & Conditions, baji77 reserves the right to retain any balance remaining in the account where such retention is justified by the nature of the breach. Where an account is closed at the player's own request without any breach, any remaining real money balance (net of applicable bonus conditions) will be returned to the player via the standard withdrawal process, subject to completion of KYC requirements.
